Roger Carlson

Roger Carlson is a founding Partner in First Retail Partners and has been active in retail brokerage in the Washington/Baltimore marketplace since 1986.  Mr. Carlson started his career at CBRE and worked at Charles E. Smith Companies, The Retail Group, and most recently as a partner in Madison Retail Group (all based in greater Washington, DC).

Mr. Carlson’s efforts have centered around a mix of Tenant Representation and Landlord work.  Current and past Tenant assignments include: Blockbuster Video, Damon's, Food Lion, Hollywood Video, Home Depot, Hooters, Kinko's Copies, Office Depot, Panera Bread, Pier One Imports, Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, TGI Fridays, Trader Joe's Stores, Washington Sports Clubs, Wawa, World Market, and others.  Roger was also active in project leasing for a number of retail centers and urban properties on behalf of regional and national landlords.
