Pei Wei (pronounced “Pay Way”) was launched in July 2000 as a growth vehicle for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. The 3,000-squarefoot Diner leverages the heritage and culinary expertise of P.F. Chang’s, while attracting a broader audience by providing a convenient place for everyday eating versus a dining destination.

Pei Wei was named the "Top Growth Chain in America" by Restaurant Business magazine in 2004, and now operates over 100 company- owned stores in 17 states.

The average Diner generates more than $2 million per year in sales, and up to $1,000 per square foot in some locations. Forty percent of sales come from our take away business, and only 3% is from alcohol. Meaning we generate substantial foot traffic for you and your center.

To accomplish these numbers each neighborhood location enjoys a passionate and loyal following by providing:

  • 40 feet minimum frontage, 80' maximum depth
  • Convenient access locations in dominant community lifestyle, or power centers with upscale tenant mix and similar quick - casual restaurants
